What Are Anxiety Disorders?

Everyone is going to feel anxious every now and then. Whether it’s taking a test, asking someone out, or even just experiencing something new, it’s completely natural and just a part of everyday life. However, if this is a chronic feeling or becomes too much to handle, then you may have what is known as an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders will cause so much stress that they will disrupt your ability to lead a normal life. This can be overwhelming, but thankfully, with treatment, anxiety disorders can be overcome.
